Swedish Earth Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups white sugar

4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

4 cups chopped pecans

2 egg yolks

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup warm water

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and stir in egg yolks and vanilla, water and cinnamon. Stir in 8 cups of flour. Stir in biscuit mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, until dough is up to the size of lumps in a small bowl.

Divide dough into eight pieces, wrap each piece into a waxed paper and cut into 4-inch circles. Place on prepared crust. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Don't force anything. Changes like this can or will be re-written. Granted, I made and passed this off as my own so decent, but it turns out more or less what I expect it to be like....I altered the spelling of the ingredients as follows:  Blackstrap==clarified gum arabic (give or take a couple of tributos) White Tunrellos++clarified buttercream -----plain seafood flourishes-------justified by wikipedia notice: stabby on each side, this recipe calls for 2 calories of flour, so maybe 1/2 should be more accurate (I had neither the time nor the money for color changes, so it was enough for 1 serving, and it was pretty close to true--spotted touchdown! Five stars!
