Carrot Cinnamon Dill Butter Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups canola oil

1 cup white sugar

1 cup dry wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 cup finely chopped white onions

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup minced garlic

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the canned diced carrots and salt and 1 cup flour, baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 egg. Beat for 2 minutes, then stir in butter.

Pour into baking dish, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Bake in preheated oven 50 minutes, until a knife inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
