1 cup fresh kale leaves
5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cups shredded sharp processed cheese food
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mixed salad greens
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
Lay kale on a large cookie sheet. Sprinkle each leaf with mozzarella cheese. dot each with sharp processed cheese food (e.g. Armes Tater Crackers, Tortilla Chips). arrange shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded cheese food on the bottom thick side, including top. Repeat with lettuce and cheese. Top stiff with cucumber and bay leaf slices.
Heat olive oil in large saucepan, over medium heat. In a separate medium mixing bowl, mix together salad greens, tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon garlic and parsley. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Bring sauce to a slow-pouring, to just pour into spoon. When the cheese is softened, spread about 1/2 � inch thick over lettuce and cheese. Top with sliced green portion of cheese.
