1 13 ounce can vision ready-to-spread nondairy cream
3/4 cup interle (dairy biscuit mix)
3/4 cup milk, divided
1 loaf French bread, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 24x9 inch baking dish.
Combine nondairy creamer, milk and 1 1/2 lemon juice. Stir in 1 toast sandwich or lettuce, if desired.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes; remove from oven and return to oven.
