1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 cup ice cubes
Fill a large saucepan with water. Bring to a boil and, if needed, simmer for 2 minutes or until a small amount of light syrup has dropped to the top of the glass.
Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine diluted white vinegar, water, ice cubes and 1 tablespoon taste of salt; pour into medium saucepan and heat through.
