4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - skin removed, skin removed from sides of, skin softening: 2 1/2 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup water
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). To Make Sauce: lightly salt chicken; cook until golden and cooked through (about 3 minutes).
Place water and lemon juice in a large saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Stir in 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes more.
