1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound goat cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the beef, oil, and goat cheese. Mix in the onion, bell pepper and cream cheese until evenly coated. Shape mixture into 1/2 inch balls; roll balls in the milk. Place balls in the prepared 8x8 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (145 degrees C) and bake for 30 minutes.
