3 cups white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, lemon zest, and lemon zest. Mix in instant coffee. Fold lemon zest into sugar mixture. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool completely. Invert onto a wire rack and cool completely. Cut into squares.
