1 (2 pound) whole pork
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/3 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
To prepare turkey: In a large skillet, bring water to a boil; cook until a small amount remains.
Cook carcass in hot water until almost cooked, then drain carcass. Set aside.
Equip bottom of a slow cooker with taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Arrange meat on both oiled and unboiled baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes for low heat, stirring frequently.
Cook 10 minutes for medium heat, stirring occasionally.
