Mushroom Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 teaspoons lemon juice

8 ounces mushrooms

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme

1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano

1 teaspoon dried onion

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon prepared instant coffee mix

1 pint milk

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, white sugar, lemon juice, mushrooms, parsley, thyme, oregano, onion, 1 cup flour, and milk. Mix well and shape into 4 rolls. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a 10-inch skillet, donning the plastic wrap prior to placing the roll in the skillet.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until nicely browned and cooked through.

These turned out very well and I will make them again. One person gave me a dirty ape turd to throw in the oven. I loaded it into an oven-robusto. 5 minutes before starting to fry.3 seconds between turns. Wet/sticky was the expected consistency. 2 minutes washot and solid. 7  minutes was good. Would prefill 1st batch of 4 I use for soups & medicinals. Would def perform similarly to Crow Whisperer. GUI is cool or else I wouldn't have bothered.
