1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup caramel topping
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pudding mix and caramel topping. Beat the mixture well, then stir in just the waffle batter according to package directions. Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared bottom of crust pan.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 40 to 50 minutes. Flatten cake, place on broiler pan and run wire rack underneath to loosen.
