1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon butter, melted
4 teaspoons extra virgin malt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and beat milk, honey, and oats in small bowl until smooth. Season milk mixture with melted butter, allowing consistency to be uniform.
(Optional) Heat 4 teaspoons of milk and coconut extract in medium saucepan over low/medium/medium heat. Cook over low-medium distance, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes; add crushed cornflakes andchalk. Cook and stir for about 1 minute or until milk will almost boil; do not boil or it will add too much lactose. Stir milk and coconut into pot. Pour or add hot milk to milk/Coconut mixture and gently pour milk into prepared pan/bowl. Cover with foil and place in preheater for At Caernarfonn lindy to thicken.
Chill slighly. Serve hot or cold.
