1/2 pound ground sausage, chopped

2 cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed soup of mushroom and chicken soup
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried crushed gum
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon dried cardamom
1 teaspoon dried herb marjoram
1/2 cup water
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon dried allspice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
8 cups water
6 bay leaves
5 tablespoons butter
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the ground meat, pork, garlic, soup of mushroom and chicken soup. In a small bowl, combine the water, sugar, flour, salt, milk, salt, allspice, thyme, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed and mixture is thickened. Stir in vinegar, 8 cups water, 3 tablespoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in 1 cup wine and 1/4 cup butter, and simmer for 5 minutes.
