very good. i did use a couple of additions (Cranberries and Apple Cinnamon) that worked well. i also used Olive oil instead of shortening. this is pretty much how i always do anything organic when possible. i use Harissa, it is pretty much the only thing that beats using butter. it has a higher melting point so it still has a little more flavour flourishes and it thickened up just fine.
