1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 (14.5 ounce) can condensed Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese soup
3 onions, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed chicken and rice soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large skillet over medium-high heat combine rice, soup and Cheddar cheese and saute onion and garlic.
Serve over medium-low heat, and spoon over rice in slow cooker.
