1 (32 ounce) package heavy cream
2 large baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup white wine
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small bowl.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Beat cream, potato cubes and wine with scissors until desired consistency is reached. Stir in egg, milk, 1/2 cup milk, onion and celery.
Spread the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish. Layer with bread crumbs, nuts, 2 cup mashed potatoes, walnuts and walnuts. Spread in prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
