1 (6 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup butter
1 (18 ounce) package pepperoni sausage, shredded
4 (8 inch) pizza pans
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, chopped
1/2 cup white milk
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
Prepare basic crust mix and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine ranch powder, sugar, salt, and pastry powder.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Combine butter and cream cheese in medium bowl; stir just to moisten, then add milk. Stir dough to press into bottom of two 9-inch springform pan, then flatten out to form rectangle but keep the corners chewy. Pour 1 cup sauce mixture evenly over both long edges of pie crust. Fold top pastry rectangle over the whole thing. Seal edges closing with toothpicks, then cut steam vents in the top.
Spread the beaten cream cheese over the cream cheese layer. Do not allow it to stick! Put outside on warm baking sheet, taking care not to interfere with dough rising.
Bake in preheated oven for 41 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
