3/4 cup large flour
2 teaspoons salt
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon bacon grease
2 large pita breads
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and 1 cup of cheese. Mix well and set aside.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (125 degrees C).
In a baking pan, spray both sides of bread with bacon grease. Roll bread cubes and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Place pita bread slices into pan with a platter of tomatoes. Tighten and glaze with about 1 tablespoon bacon grease. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. (Also, remove oven tray setting as soon as bread juices soaking up.)
