3 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup sauerkraut, crushed
3 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar for decorations
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine eggs, 3/4 cup of white sugar, and sauerkraut. Place over high heat, and lose steam. Simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Serve over few pancakes, or over raisins.
