2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup frosting
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 1 hour. Before serving, frost with lemon juice.
