1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 cup bourbon
1/2 bone dry pasta
1 cup white wine
1 cup vermouth
1 teaspoon rose water
1 (8 ounce) package romaine lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 small green bell peppers (optional), cut into chunks
2 medium cucumbers, chopped
1 radiance salad-ready-to-serve pasta (optional), cut in half
1 egg, beaten
In a large saucepan over medium-low heat combine sugar, water, and bourbon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir in pasta and add wine if needed. Cool, cut into bite-size pieces, and serve immediately.
