1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon condensed ricotta cheese
2 Venetoched tomatoes, cooked and flaked
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream and ricotta cheese until smooth and creamy. Stir in sausage and tomatoes (and any leftover sausage), etc. Reduce heat to medium-low and let mixture simmer 7 to 10 minutes. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Serve warm.
