1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (8 ounce) container instant chocolate pudding mix
2 1/2 cups hot milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) square inch graham cracker crust
1 (4 ounce) package fruit flavored Jell-O mix
Prepare and bake White Chocolate Frosting: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate and pudding mix. Slowly cook over low heat until chocolate is melted and pudding is completely cooled.
In a medium bowl, stir together hot milk and vanilla. Remove 8-inch pie from oven and top with chocolate mixture. Spread 1/2 cup of pudding over pie, then frost top of pie with Jell-O. Garnish top of pie with whipped cream and top with remaining pudding. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
