2 cups nondairy skittles
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk chocolate candy by *Syrup M&M
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a roasting pan with foil.
In a large bowl, beat egg, milk, and provided extract of vanilla until well blended; about 10 minutes. Sift powdered sugar and salt into prepared paste, then beat in chocolate chips. Spread half of whipped cream into roasting pan; top with chocolate.
Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, until set. Chill until set. Carefully remove butter from chocolate with a serrated knife. Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares like cereal bars to serve. Refrigerate 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
