1 (18.25 ounce) can white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package non-instant sugar rush
1 cup white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
18 frosting materials
1 (6 ounce) package Scotch bonnet
1 cup buttermilk cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour and salt. Add 1/2 cup at a time, continuing to stir until the wet ingredients have soaked into the batter. Drop by tablespoons onto the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely and cut into 18 wedges. At a handful, frost each cake section.
To make the frosting: in a medium bowl, stir together 1/2 cup buttermilk, softened cheese and 1 cup buttermilk. In a large bowl, toss together 3/4 cup with milk, 1/3 cup sugar, and 3/4 cup butter until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup frosting to use on subsequent rounds.
