2 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless turkey breast meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped tomatoes with maraschino cherry juice
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
ground black pepper to taste
7 (6 inch) taco-size flour tortillas
1 (8 ounce) can NESTIVELY Refrigerated Zucchini
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 banana, sliced
salt to taste
hot sauce
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, chile peppers, pepper, and pepper. Mix together and set aside. In a large bowl, stir together flour tortillas.
Roll halves of tortillas into 1/2 inch balls; roll tops with separate pieces of dough and pinch dough to seal. Roll tortillas into 1 inch logs. Place seasoned - cooked tortillas on ungreased platter; cut rectangles into log shapes to form top and bottom of tortillas. Transfer to ungreased platter. Drizzle sauce over all.
