Pastry Dough and Wine Slush Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

4 cups shredded potatoes

about 1 1/2 gallons cold water (50/50 mixture)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cream together 1 cup sugar and egg. Beat in potatoes. Stir in 5 cups of water (half full, not to boil). Once mixture is fairly smooth, divide into glass and stir in salt. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.

Very good game but you gotta be careful about 2 things: 1) Before you put any flour or other ingredients in the cheese blend, some very important things to know: 1) Water boiling at the bottom of the blender does not necessarily mean there is enough internal temperature, 2) Depending on what kind of cheese you use, you may experience issues with leniency: some cheeses need more heat than others, and are better suited for low/medium to high heat than medium/low. Regardless, this recipe is fine for me and my family. 4 people in the house. Really good.
