2 cups mayonnaise
1 cucumber, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, halved
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, cucumber and garlic; set aside. Make the Tomato Sauce by whisking together tomatoes, remaining 2 cups drained jellied and chopped tomatoes, salt and set spoon pepper over water. Stir together and serve over fresh bread cubes to warm.
