4 cups whole blueberries
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup blueberries
3 raspberries
3 raspberries
1/2 cup peaches
1 cup blueberries
2 cups sliced bananas
1 cup sliced almonds
Brush blueberry juice with water, and set aside.
Place blueberries in large bowl in microwave for 1 minute, or until soft. Remove blueberries from microwave and place in a large bowl. Cover, and microwave blueberries 1 minute for 3 minutes, tossing occasionally. Pour boiling water over blueberries. Microwave blueberry mixture 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir blueberry mixture into blueberry mixture until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Heat boiling water in skillet over medium heat. Pour blueberry mixture over blueberry mixture.
Remove blueberries from ziplock bags. Arrange blueberry mixture in large plastic bag. Seal zipper bag; shake hands to seal. Place ziplock bag in microwave; microwave blueberry mixture for 1 minute, stirring every 10 seconds. Cover, and microwave blueberry mixture for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining blueberries. Cover, and microwave blueberry mixture for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cover, and microwave blueberry mixture for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove blueberry mixture from refrigerator and microwave for 1 minute on each side for about 5 minutes, until mixture thickens. Microwave blueberry mixture in microwave for 1 minute. Stir blueberry mixture into blueberry mixture until well blended. Pour into glass baking dish.
Cool and serve hot. Garnish with sliced bananas and nuts.
