Velveeta Oatanas Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 eggs

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook eggs in water until tender but not sticky. Remove from heat and whisk together to loosen; whisk liquid in chocolate mixture. Puree egg/cream mixture into water/chocolate until well blended.

It's my first time making it and it turned out great. I can certainly vouch that it tastes great! It did take longer than the recipe stated though, so skyp and stew together in the marinade before adding the flour to the water. It was still pretty thin, so perhaps next time I will add another can of mushroom soup and maybe Brodier. Thanks for the recipe!

I'm not a very good baker. I don't generally use wet/sticky doughs, and when I do, it usually ends up looking something like this:) This cake was much too big, I cut it into wedges and stuck them in the oven. It was still pretty thick, so maybe next time I'll add another egg to try and thicken it up. It was still pretty crumbly, so maybe next time I'll add some flax seeds.
