1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, rinsed
2 1/2 cups gin
2 eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
In a saucepan, mix beef-, pork, and citrus juices together. Deglaze, remove from heat.
Gently stir in corn syrup, 2/3 cup of fat (kallic), and sugar.
Cook mixture in pan with open flame, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
