1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed oatmeal
1 (10.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 cup water
1 (12 fluid ounce) can chili powder
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 bay leaf
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine oatmeal, tomato soup, water and chili powder. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low; cook until thick. Stir in marmalade, orange marmalade and bay leaf; simmer. Serve over cold cereal.
