Chocolate Peanut Butter Chips Recipe

Ingredients

12 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup water

4 eggs

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Cut chocolate into 12 pieces, place pieces into a 9x9 inch baking dish, and set aside.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the peanut butter and water in a large bowl. Place eggs one at a time, beating well after each, and pour over peanut butter mixture. Beat for about 90 seconds or until the mixture comes to a boil.

Pour the pudding over the eggs; stir well. Stir in 2 cups of the remaining peanut butter and water, blending well. Stir together until well blended. Fold in 1/2 cup of the remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup water, and pour over the pudding. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Cool on wire racks. Cut into squares approximately 12x18 inches.
