1 pound ground mozzarella cheese, divided
6 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cut into 1/3-inch slices
1/3 cup butter
2 teaspoons powdered milk
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons strawberry liqueur
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, divided
1/2 teaspoon paprika, divided
2 pints frozen cherries with pears, thawed
1 cup fresh strawberries
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cream cheese, and butter. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add 3 tablespoons milk, 2 teaspoons flour, and 1/3 cup milk. Mix well, then stir in eggs and 2 tablespoons milk.
Pour milk mixture into crockpot, then sprinkle with nutmeg. Cover, and simmer for 55 minutes. Stir inberries and strawberries; reduce heat to low, and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or until all berries are tender.
