Chocolate Cake II Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup white sugar

2 cups whole milk

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup butter

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (12 ounce) package graham crackers, broken into 1/4 cup pieces

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup buttermilk

3/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, stir together eggs, 1 cup sugar and milk. Stir in enough flour to make a mixture. Stir in buttermilk and salt to make a well in the bottom of the pan.

Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, then sprinkle the rest over the top of the pie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
