1 (16 ounce) package macaroni
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container ricotta cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sour cream. Stir ricotta cheese until well blended. Spoon mixture into pasta shells and bake for 15 minutes.
