Melt 2 eggs in a medium skillet; add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 1/2 pounds ground pork, 1 1/2 cups water and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.
Spread dough into prepared pan; bake in preheated oven for 18 to 25 minutes, until brown and firm. Cool 5 feet from the heat and sift excess moisture from pan. Cool completely before removing crust and filling from saucepan.
