Almond Bar Pie:

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package semisweet candy mix

1 1/3 cups whipping cream, divided

1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

1 (9 inch) prepared jelly-roll pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In large bowl combine 1/2 cup whipping cream, 1 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise, 1 (2.33 ounce) package of instant portable pudding mix, and 1 cup heavy cream. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell; press part of the cream into the cake.

Bake in the preheated oven 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
