1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart baking dish or line with foil.
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and milk. Stir in a generous pinch of salt. Stir in eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Pour mixture into prepared food processor and process until pureed. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together cooked cheese, eggs, and lemon juice. Add vanilla and vinegar and process until pureed. Add walnuts and cook until smooth. Serve immediately.
