2 (14.5 ounce) cans beef broth
2 bay leaves
6 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
In a steamer over a large pot, bring beef broth, bay leaves and garlic powder to a boil. Then reduce temperature, simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently.
