Sunday's Hamburger Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef

3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules

2 (14.5 ounce) cans beef broth

2 bay leaves

6 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

Directions

In a steamer over a large pot, bring beef broth, bay leaves and garlic powder to a boil. Then reduce temperature, simmer 1 hour, stirring frequently.

This recipe is really versatile. I have used it for muffins, scones, and bread pudding. It is so easy and quick that I have been using it for breakfast sandwiches. I am usually not a fan of Pecan Pie but I really like it here in WA. Will put this to good use.
