3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups apple juice
In a blender combine ice cream, pudding mix, whipped topping, apple juice and apple cider. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
