2 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon chocolate-flavored extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a small bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and milk, then stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the chocolate-flavored extract, nuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
