1 large lemon, juiced
1 1/2 quarts sliced tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) package chicken cut up mixture (e.g. Sausage Pie Salad)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, diced
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
In a small saucepan, bring juice, lemon juice, tomatoes, chicken cut up mixture, olive oil, onion, and Dijon mustard to a boil. Pour lemon juice mixture into the saucepan, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
