1/2 cup prepared clam juice
1/3 cup prepared ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons dried minced onion, divided
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
In a blender, mix together clam juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and onion until smooth.
Shape mixture into a small ball and roll into rounds.
Place rolls in shallow baking dish. Pour juice mixture over rolls and sprinkle black pepper on top of each roll. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
