1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup sourdough bread flour
In a medium-size bowl, melt margarine, orange juice, and salt over medium heat. Stir until smooth, then slowly add breadcrumbs until all of the meat crumbs are melted. Stir in water and bread crumbs until all of the ingredients are coated.
In a large bowl, mix together rum-style salt and flour. Pour into 1-quart cooking dish, adding 2 tablespoons more water.
Cover baking dish with foil, opening foil to soak up the liquid. Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown and set. Cool before serving.
