2 cups white sugar
1 orange, peeled, sectioned and cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons vodka
2 fluid ounces punch
2 oranges, peeled and cut into 6 wedges
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons cardamom
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine sugar, orange juice, vodka and punch in a 1 liter glass with ice. Pour the contents over the ingredients, including the chopped orange and coconut, adding liquid to the pan approximately 2 tablespoons at a time to keep pineapple from discoloring.
