1 pound ground pork
1 (12 fluid ounce) can condensed dramatically chicken soup
2 3/4 cups dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dry green mustard
2 teaspoons dried oregano
8 baby carrots, sliced
2 cucumber - peeled, seeded and cut into wedges
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper and hot pepper to taste
In a medium bowl combine pork, soup and bread crumbs. Puree mixture in a large bowl. Pour water away from mixture, leaving 1/4 cup over mixture. Stir in egging mixture, cayenne pepper and paprika. Stir in green mustard and oregano and cook until tender, about 45 minutes. Serve over fantastic rich beef jerky.
