Baked Potato Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

1 large potato, peeled and cubed

1 1/2 cups water

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

1 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed

1 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine water, oil, butter, salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, sage and rosemary. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in parsley. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
