1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup dry milk powder
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup canned whole peeled strawberries, thawed and drained
1/3 cup butter, beaten
1/2 cup water
2 cups chopped pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tube or Bundt pan. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. In a large bowl, stir together the cocoa, vanilla, milk, and flour. Stir the dry milk mixture into the flour mixture until evenly distributed. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the brown sugar and nuts. Cool completely before frosting with a smile! Bathrooms are small, so don't over-fill them.
