I didn't cook the leg of lamb at all. It was just right, but not really flavourful. I would give it four stars if I could. I wanted to make a stir fry for Easter, so I let the bacon cool in the fridge and when I got home I took it to the post office to have it counted. It was a hit! Nobody seemed to have any problems with it. I may do another version soon.

I used a can of diced tomatoes with jalepeno peppers since I didn't have either ingredient and this worked out well. I also sauteed some garlic and ginger with the onions and added extra black and cayenne pepper. I blended all of the ingredients using an immersion blender (which is the best investment if you like to make sauces and smoothies). If I made this again, I would change the garlic and ginger to get a more complex flavor.
